We are pleased to announce that we have made video conferencing and phone consultations available for anyone who wishes to do so. We have provided more information on our new services below.

Virtual Estate Planning - The Hayes Law Firm

Logistics for Serving our Clients:

Virtual Estate Planning Meetings

Due to the recent COVID-19 concerns, all meetings will now be virtual (online video calls or telephone).

According to current California law, ALL final document signings must still be done in our office (in-person).

We are taking steps to minimize risks at Final Signing Appointments:

  • Sanitize all surfaces (hard and soft) several times a day throughout our office
  • Sanitize all surfaces before and after every client meeting
  • Minimal “on-site” staff and expanded remote workforce.
  • Advise staff to stay home should they not feel well even in the slightest

If you have questions, or would like to schedule a video/phone consultation, please call us at (626)403-2292, or e-mail us at: info@losangelestrustlaw.com and we will be happy to schedule that for you.

*All seminars are now available via online webinars!
